I found your site very informative.
I have a query regarding chocolates.
Someone telling me that in chocolates vegitable fat is not used it is illegal. This is said in Bombay food rules named FDA rules.
It is really so and what’s the reason for this whether vegitable oil make a chocolate poisonous of something like that.

Vegetable fats per say are not poisonous and do not have any major health issues with them. However in some chocolates Hydrogenated vegetable oils are used which contain trans fatty acids which have been shown to be responsible for a lot of health problems.
