| We are equipped with a portable device known as Lovibond Honey Colorpod which is used to trace the origins of honey samples based on color measurements in terms of Pfund units. The USDA color classification ranges from water white (<8)to dark amber(>114).The available measurement range on the instrument is 0 to 150 Pfund units. Samples are measured in 10 mm path length plastic cuvette that is inserted into a spill proof sample chamber. Measurements are completed in 3 secs and Pfund reading is displayed on the LED screen. |
